Three years after Spider-Man: No Way Home shattered box office records and expectations, Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios have finally announced plans for a fourth untitled Spider-Man movie, collectively called Spider-Man 4 by fans at the moment (not to be confused with Sam Raimi’s canceled Spider-Man 4). The film will open in theaters on July 24, 2026, making it the longest appearance gap for Spider-Man since he joined the MCU in 2016’s Captain America: Civil War.
