The town of Happy Hollow is far from joyous in Peacocks new horror thriller Hysteria! The irony will be immediately overlooked and thats fine, because the big intrigue is how this 1980s-set series will tackle its central theme, the Satanic Panic of the era, and make that relevant to today. All that brouhaha about Satanic cults and mass abuse surely captured attention some 40 years ago, and this new series undoubtedly will, too, as it tracks its small-town residents facing the unimaginable.
