Ten years after The Hobbit trilogy ended, Middle Earth is finally returning to the big screen. Fittingly, just in time for when The Rings of Powers second season debuts next week, Warner Bros. gave us the first trailer for an animated spinoff: The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim. Taking place almost 200 years before Frodo embarked on his quest to destroy the One Ring, this film focuses on Helm Hammerhand, king of Rohan, and his battle to save his town from invasion (this battle is what leads to his stronghold being named Helms Deep), with help from his daughter Hera.
