Ever since debuting in 1997, Trey Parker and Matt Stone’s South Park has both served as the flagship series for Comedy Central and cultivated a massive ensemble of characters. And offended a lot of people, of course. But, this equal opportunity offender is most notable for its ability to stay fresh, and one doubts it would be able to do so to such a great extent were it not for the aforementioned cast of characters…including those who have only stepped to the forefront for a single episode, if at all.
