Deadpool & Wolverine will bring Hugh Jackman back to the role he seemed to have left behind in 2019s Logan, but things could have been very different if the actors original Wolverine audition had been the end of the story. Although it is impossible to imagine anyone else taking on the role of Wolverine something that is making recasting the role for future MCU appearances a bit of a nightmare the actors initial audition seemed to be going nowhere other than sharing a meal with then-producers assistant Kevin Feige.
