The world of Friday the 13th just got bigger, as Horror, Inc. has announced the launch of a new initiative called ‘Jason Universe.’ The slasher franchise first began with the debut of the original film in 1980, which would go on to spawn 10 sequels and a reboot in 2009. Since its inception, numerous novels, video games, comics, and a gargantuan amount of merchandise have been released, making it one of the most lucrative horror franchises in history.
