Despite having a career spanning well over two decades, English filmmaker Guy Ritchie’s contemporary work is still being compared to one of his earliest movies, Snatch. Snatch was the director’s second feature film and is still considered by many to be his pièce de résistance. With a major budgetary upgrade from his debut feature, Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels, Ritchie was able to up the production design, stunts, and cast — hilariously hiring Brad Pitt for a role with no understandable dialogue.
