Super Bowl LVIII unleashes an all-out blitz on the box office. Not only was the second weekend in February the lowest-grossing of 2024 domestically (an estimated $37.1 million), but this will go down as the worst Super Bowl weekend in theaters over the last five years, with the exception of 2021’s COVID-19 debacle.
