Fans of Groundhog Day undoubtedly remember Ned Ryerson… not that he’d ever let anyone forget. “Needlenose Ned, Ned the head… come on, buddy!” Well, actor Stephen Tobolowsky recently reprised the role he made famous in the 1993 Bill Murray-led comedy. And now, thanks to Lay’s, the guy who performed the “whistling belly button trick” at Case Western High is trapped reliving his own Groundhog Day at a local grocery store.
