Star Wars is one of those pop culture staples that helped bring media to where it is today, influencing multiple generations of storytellers and forming the modern template for all things science fiction. In deep space, among cultures undiscovered, fictional, and otherwise, there’s a chance for civilization to treat all people equally and present equal opportunity to everyone, regardless of race, gender, or even species. Here on Earth, this is still a concept that movies and TV programs struggle with, which is sad, considering it is now 2024.
