While fans debate about the Easter egg online, the show’s production designer, Kalina Ivanov, has weighed in with her own thoughts on the tease. During her time in Arkham Asylum where she was falsely imprisoned by her father, Carmine Falcone Sofia Falcone (Cristin Milioti) is “helped” by Dr. Julian Rush (Theo Rossi). Dr. Rush becomes Sofia’s closest ally once she is released, and uses his red light hypnosis therapy to unravel Oz Cobb’s violent childhood.
