Joe Dantes 1984 classic film Gremlins is preparing to celebrate its 40th anniversary on June 8, 2024, and to celebrate, Max has released not only details for the second season of the animated series based on the film, but a new teaser trailer as well. Gremlins: Secrets of the Mogwai debuted in 2023 exclusively on the streamer, serving as a prequel to Dantes beloved movie. The series was the first new entry in the Gremlins franchise since the release of Gremlins 2: The New Batch in 1990, and there have been rumblings of a third film potentially happening.
