The much-anticipated Friday the 13th prequel series by Bryan Fuller, Crystal Lake, has met a premature end. Kevin Williamson, director of Scream 7 and a collaborator on Crystal Lake, took to X to commend Fuller’s pilot script. The director mourned the loss of what he believed would have been a groundbreaking addition to the Friday the 13th series.
