The Crow was released almost exactly 30 years ago, and there’s a 30th anniversary 4K UHD edition of the film now available. It’s great to have this pristine transfer, especially ahead of the reboot of The Crow, starring Bill Skarsgrd, FKA Twigs, and Danny Huston, which will be released in exactly one month, on June 7, 2024. The new release puts things in perspective and provides context for not just the original production but also the reboot, for better or worse.
