Although most people have now moved on from this year’s Academy Awards ceremony, it seems that former President Donald Trump is not one of them, as he continued to berate host and late night star Jimmy Kimmel. However, Trump’s rambling rant on his Truth Social platform not only seemed to create its own narrative from several different events of the night, but saw talk show hosts uniting against him. The post spurred Kimmel to suggest that he may actually host the 2025 Academy Awards, despite previously doubting that would, and also saw The Late Show’s Stephen Colbert coming out in support of Kimmel.
