Cristin Milioti is returning to the USS Callister after eight years thanks to Black MirrorSeason 7 and its finale episode, “USS Callister: Into Infinity.” A lot has happened since the previous installment in Season 4, with Milioti blowing up in popularity thanks to her role as Sofia Falcone in The Penguin, not to mention the great indie rom-com, Palm Springs. She also starred in the two-season wonder Made for Love on HBO, a very Black Mirror-adjacent show about a tech bro billionaire (very Robert Daly-esque), who kinda-sorta imprisons Milioti’s character. The show also starred Billy Magnussen, who stars alongside Milioti in the Black Mirror episodes, and Made for Love featured Ray Romano’s best performance to date. It was sadly canceled after Season 2, and even removed from Max for streaming.
