Craig Johnson made a great non-horror film with a spooky title (The Skeleton Twins), and has now made a horror film with a completely normal title — The Parenting. Granted, it’s still a comedy, and the film has a wonderful comedic cast including Lisa Kudrow, Parker Posey, Edie Falco, Nik Dodani, and Vivian Bang. It also features an actor who is not traditionally known for comedy, but who became possibly the most outrageous and ridiculous comedic force in the film — veteran powerhouse Brian Cox, who Succession fans might know best as the infamous Logan Roy.
