Production on Dexter: Resurrection is in full swing in New York, and as things continue to evolve, new cast members are still coming aboard the sequel series, including How I Met Your Mother veteran Neil Patrick Harris. Harris starred in the popular CBS sitcom from 2005 to 2014, appearing in 208 episodes as Barney Stinson, a brash and opinionated womanizer known for his expensive suits and “legendary” catchphrases.
