As fans patiently wait for the first installment of James Gunn‘s DC universe, the filmmaker has been making his intentions very clear. With the American screenwriter, director, and producer captaining the films of the DC Universe, in partnership with producer Peter Safran, fans understandably want to know how far the boundary-pushing filmmaker will go. Gunn and Safran were named co-chairs and co-CEOs of DC Studios in October 2022 and since then have been planning out their new DC projects. Now that the first of the films, Superman, starring David Corenswet, has wrapped production, all eyes are wandering to the other projects to come from the new cinematic universe.
