One of Val Kilmers Best Roles Is Found in an Underrated Indie Film

When you think of a movie called The Fourth Dimension, what comes to mind? I bet it has something to do with science fiction maybe some unique special effects that blow your mind, a few reality-bending concepts that have you thinking for days on end, and characters that are out of this world (literally). In 2013, Vice Films managed to subvert all our expectations revolving around this cinematic genre with a Val Kilmer picture. Instead of so easily walking the same path that filmmakers like George Lucas or Steven Spielberg once carved out with their own productions, Vice (who partnered with the film division of a Dutch brewery at the time) contacted three directors located in the US, Russia, and Poland to create stories that would focus on a few characters carrying the fantastical theme and not the plot itself.
