God Of War has found itself a new showrunner as development ramps up on the video game adaptation series. Amazon Studios has brought in the TV-making machine behind the hit series Outlander as a replacement after announcing the original producers had left the project. Previous showrunner, Lee Judkins, is currently producing another Amazon series, The Wheel of Time, but separated from the Sony TV project along with executive producers Hawk Ostby and Mark Fergus after turning in several scripts. While happy with their work done since the beginning of the development of the series, producers Amazon and Sony TV decided they wanted to take the project in a different direction.
