Lionsgate cannot catch a break this year. While several studios have continued to struggle at the box office in the post-COVID landscape, Lionsgate, the home of beloved franchises like John Wick, The Hunger Games, and Saw, has had an uncharacteristically poor 2024, and it’s had a massive effect on their box office haul.
