Scooby-Doo has encountered all sorts of mysteries over the years, in a variety of films and television shows, and it all started with the 1969 series Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! The series’ formula is iconic: the gang encounters an area haunted by some supernatural threat, they get involved and soon unmask the monster, usually literally, as a criminal in disguise.
