Everybody Hates Chris Animated Sequel Series Gets Release Date & First Look Image

Comedy Central has revealed our first look and premiere date for its new adult animated series Everybody Still Hates Chris. The series is a reimagining of the live-action sitcom Everybody Hates Chris, with the animated outing continuing the semi-autobiographical story of comedian Chris Rock‘s childhood. Inspired by his experiences growing up as a skinny nerd in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn to a working-class family, during the late 1980s, Everybody Still Hates Chris will land on Comedy Central on Sept. 25, with the first image from the series coming courtesy of THR.
