The long-in-development Spawn movie appears to be making progress. Created by legendary comic book artist Todd McFarlane as the flagship comic of Image Comics, Spawn was at one point one of the biggest heroes in comics during the 1990s. Following a disappointing live-action movie in 1997, the hero’s status has fallen, while series creator Todd McFarlane has spent over a decade trying to reboot the franchise.
