Camila Mendes and Madelyn Cline have reportedly been cast to portray two of the leads in 2025s I Know What You Did Last Summer reboot (per Deadline). Mendes, who is best known for her work on the television series Riverdale, and the Outer Banks Cline will reportedly join Sarah Pidgeon, Tyriq Withers and Jonah Hauer-King in the horror movie reimagining. Director Jennifer Kaytin Robinson’s entry in the movie franchise will likely be labeled a legacy sequel, since both Jennifer Love Hewitt and Freddie Prinze Jr. are still reportedly in talks to return as Julie James and Ray Bronson respectively.
