The long-awaited Frasier revival has arrived at Paramount+. While Kelsey Grammer has personally received decent reviews for his third iteration of the character, the show itself hasn’t hit the heights of the original Frasier or Cheers. Instead, it seems more likely to relegate another legendary TV character to the realm of those who were better left untouched. Yet revivals and rehashed shows show no glimpses of slowing down. This is likely because the streaming wars era of on-demand media we find ourselves in has brought with them the non-stop phenomenon of reboots and revivals.
